Oracle Fusion ERP Solution Engineer
SGS
• Support the global rollout of Oracle Fusion ERP across multiple regions • Design, configure, and implement scalable ERP solutions for global processes • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and implementation teams • Perform requirements gathering and fit‑gap analysis • Develop and optimize reporting using OTBI and BI Publisher • Define integration strategies and oversee implementations using REST/SOAP APIs • Prepare and execute test plans for SIT, UAT, and regression testing • Implement role‑based access controls and ensure security compliance • Support global change management initiatives and provide technical training to users • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements for Oracle Fusion ERP.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Proven experience implementing Oracle Fusion ERP (Financials, Procurement, Projects)
- Strong understanding of global business processes, compliance, and software lifecycle management
- Hands‑on experience with: REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, and Oracle Integration Cloud or similar middleware
- OTBI, BI Publisher, and Oracle Transactional BI
- Cloud & SaaS fundamentals, performance monitoring, and troubleshooting
- Personalization & extension tools (Page Composer, Application Composer with Groovy, Sandbox Framework, Visual Builder Studio)
- Security Console for role‑based access and segregation of duties
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a global, cross‑functional environment
