• Support the establishment and maturation of the Enterprise Architecture practice, including the development and continuous improvement of architecture standards, principles, and methodologies. • Lead collaborative solution design and architecture sessions to develop scalable, effective solutions that address complex business needs and challenges. • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, enhancements, replacements, or decommissioning options while balancing business value, usability, productivity, risk, and total cost of ownership. • Partner with project management, product, and delivery teams to support initiative planning and execution, ensuring architectural alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle from ideation through implementation. • Design and oversee scalable, resilient, and maintainable solutions across application, data, and integration domains while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and long-term strategic direction. • Identify and mitigate architectural risks and constraints related to scope, timelines, resources, security, technical complexity, and large-scale system integrations. • Translate business requirements into technical and data requirements, including integration patterns, workflows, and source-to-target mappings that support improved user experience and business outcomes. • Define and document architectural inputs to testing strategies and maintain architecture artifacts such as solution designs, diagrams, roadmaps, and technical documentation. • Provide architectural guidance and oversight across application initiatives and IT portfolios to promote consistency, reuse, and adherence to enterprise standards. • Partner with leadership and key business stakeholders to evaluate technology trends and opportunities and contribute to enterprise data, application, and platform roadmaps aligned with long-term business strategy. • Drive adoption of AI, automation, and efficiency-enabling technologies by identifying opportunities for machine learning and intelligent automation, designing scalable and secure AI-enabled solutions, and supporting workflow automation, low-code/no-code platforms, and process optimization initiatives.

• Reporting to the Director of Customer Success EMEA you will be the technical authority on the Sysdig Platform and become the customer's go-to advisor. • You will help with customer onboarding, thus driving adoption. • You will understand the customer's requirements, challenges, and what outcomes and value they are expecting in their Sysdig journey.

• Develop the architecture for SAP Service Cloud V2 and SAP Customer Engagement (CE), including extensions and customizations • Lead and manage development teams: take technical ownership of projects and contribute your experience in code reviews, design decisions and best practices • Integrate Service Cloud V2 with other SAP systems (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP S/4HANA Utilities, BTP - CPI) and third-party systems • Create solution concepts, prototypes (POCs) and roadmaps • Provide technical coaching and knowledge transfer: mentor colleagues and ensure high-quality, maintainable code • Ensure non-functional requirements such as performance, scalability, security and operations • Support pre-sales activities: assist in preparing architecture proposals, effort estimates and presentations for customers

• Lead the design and implementation of voice solutions on the Google Platform. • Oversee new projects from conception to delivery, ensuring best practices, scalability, and compliance with business and technical requirements. • Design end-to-end solutions that align with enterprise environments and business needs. • Establish and promote best practices, reusable design patterns, and architectural standards. • Create clear and concise documentation, including backend integration specifications, business logic implementation details, and high-level architecture designs. • Identify the APIs needed (Analysis and onboarding, API request/response structures, and DTO classes). Also designing high level design for the middleware teams to enable them to produce MW services. • Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Work closely with engineers to support the implementation of designed solutions. • Engage proactively with external teams to ensure alignment and successful project execution. • Tune voice solutions for optimal performance, leveraging best practices in configuration and AI/ML-powered speech recognition systems.
