Senior Account Executive, Enterprise

• Contribute to Fivetran’s growth in the enterprise segment. • Learn the fundamentals of Fivetran’s technology, sales cycle, and customer base within your first 30 days. • Consistently achieve quarterly revenue goals while maintaining a consultative, customer-first approach. Forecast and manage your sales pipeline with accuracy. • Collaborate with teammates by sharing insights, tactics, and best practices. • Build pipeline opportunities by establishing relationships with prospects and clients, and by working with technology partners and GSIs. • Strategically engage with C-level executives, IT leaders, and technical users. • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure customer success at every stage. • As part of our commitment to setting new hires up for success, all new sales team members attend a one-week, in-person Revenue Bootcamp during their second week at Fivetran. This bootcamp, held at one of our designated company locations, requires travel and is a mandatory part of the onboarding process.

Role Description We are seeking a highly disciplined and detail-oriented Executive – Order Management (Canada) to own the full order lifecycle across all Nysonian brand platforms within the Canadian market. This is a high-ownership operational role responsible for ensuring seamless execution across: - Order processing - Returns management - Shipping cost control - Carrier claims - 3PL/warehouse coordination Acting as the regional operations expert, you will drive accuracy, efficiency, and accountability across every touchpoint ensuring: - Orders are fulfilled correctly - Returns are resolved promptly - All shipping-related costs and documentation are tracked and reconciled with precision What You Will Do - End-to-End Order Management: Own daily processing and validation of Canadian e-commerce orders, ensuring accuracy in pricing, taxes (GST/HST/PST), inventory allocation, and order status integrity across OMS/ERP systems. - Order Lifecycle Control: Manage post-purchase modifications, backorders, and pre-orders while maintaining real-time data accuracy and coordinating updates with Customer Support. - Returns Operations Ownership: Lead the full returns lifecycle—from authorization to resolution—ensuring compliance with Canadian policies, efficient processing, and accurate inventory disposition with 3PL partners. - Shipping & Carrier Management: Monitor outbound shipments, manage carrier relationships (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, etc.), and resolve delivery exceptions, WISMO queries, and proof-of-delivery requirements. - Claims & Exception Handling: Initiate and manage carrier claims for lost or damaged shipments, ensuring timely resolution and accurate tracking of claim outcomes. - Freight Audit & Cost Control: Review and reconcile shipping invoices, identify discrepancies, maintain rate trackers, and support data-driven carrier performance and cost optimization initiatives. - 3PL Coordination & Performance Oversight: Act as the primary liaison with warehouse partners, ensuring SLA adherence, inventory accuracy, operational alignment, and resolution of performance or billing variances. Qualifications - Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations. - Relevant Experience: 2–4 years in e-commerce or D2C operations with hands-on ownership of order management, returns, and shipping workflows, ideally within the Canadian market. - Logistics & Carrier Expertise: Working knowledge of Canadian carrier networks (Canada Post, Purolator, UPS, FedEx) and cross-border shipping requirements, including duties and de minimis thresholds. - Tax & Compliance Knowledge: Understanding of Canadian tax structures (GST/HST/PST) as applied to e-commerce transactions. - Systems Proficiency: Experience with OMS platforms, Shopify, and ERP/WMS systems to manage order and inventory workflows. - Data & Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel for reconciliation, reporting, and operational data analysis. - Operational Discipline & Communication: High attention to detail in invoice auditing and data accuracy, with strong communication skills for managing external partners and internal stakeholders.
