• Lead end-to-end Salesforce project delivery including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. • Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across multiple workstreams. • Drive Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. • Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery. • Provide technical oversight across Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud implementations. • Review solution architecture, integrations, data migration, and customization strategies. • Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure scalable and secure solutions. • Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and governance standards. • Act as primary liaison between business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership. • Facilitate requirement workshops and solution discussions. • Provide regular status updates, risk reports, and executive communications. • Manage vendor and partner coordination if applicable. • Oversee configuration and development activities including Flows, Apex, LWC, integrations, and security models. • Ensure successful deployment planning and release management. • Monitor testing cycles including SIT and UAT. • Ensure production readiness and hypercare support. • Support FSC implementations including customer 360, financial accounts, relationship models, and service processes. • Drive sales pipeline management using Sales Cloud. • Support service operations through Service Cloud case management and omnichannel capabilities. • Establish delivery standards, coding best practices, and documentation governance. • Track KPIs, SLAs, and project success metrics. • Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
