Diabetes Health Educator

Spirit Health

• Deliver education courses to adult patients. • Delivery of the EMPOWER programme to patients. • Delivery of face to face courses within the advertised area and occasional video courses. • Ensure delivery of the EMPOWER programme in accordance with all Spirit policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

  • Experience in teaching/training adults.
  • Ability to support patients in achieving positive change and improved health outcomes.
  • Must be located within the area, own a car and be in possession of UK driving licence.
