• Responsible for the overall on-site supervision, coordination, and successful execution of assigned industrial electrical construction projects • Ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with established quality standards • Provides leadership and direction to General Foremen, Foremen, Journeyman Electricians, and Apprentices • Plans, schedules, coordinates, and directs all field construction activities in alignment with project documents • Establishes project execution plans, manpower loading, and performance goals • Ensures work is performed in compliance with OSHA regulations and client site-specific safety requirements • Conducts or oversees Daily Safety Huddles and audits jobsite safety practices • Coordinates installation methods between civil, mechanical, and electrical disciplines

• Meet or exceed sales objectives for assigned geography through implementation of approved market/selling strategies and solutions • Understand and address both business and scientific oriented needs of healthcare professionals by engaging in meaningful dialog to determine underlying patient needs and determine how products could address such needs • Partner with Medical Science Directors, Managers, Patient Access, Regional Business Directors, HUB services and other organizational personnel to develop strategies to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction • Develop and implement a dynamic territory business plan by analyzing the business, competitive landscape and territory market to drive business • Develop, nurture and maintain professional relationships with targeted KOLs including physicians, medical staff, and key hospital personnel and ALS center staff • Navigate the hospital formulary process and develop and implement strategies to ensure successful product positioning and availability • Anticipate potential business challenges, adjust priorities as needed, demonstrate flexibility, and develop solutions to address challenges • Maintain an exceptional level of proficiency in selling skills, clinical, market and product knowledge and the business environment of the territory • Collaborate with peers and company personnel to ensure corporate objectives and initiatives are achieved • Effectively plan and organize schedule to ensure maximum efficiency and use of time to accomplish goals and objectives • Act as a company ambassador; present a professional image and represent the company, products and people with integrity and respect • Complete tasks and projects assigned by Regional Business Director • Ensure that all activities are in compliance with applicable regulations and Pharma guidelines

• Available to teach synchronous online courses via Microsoft Teams on Monday and Tuesday every week • Plan and organize instruction in ways that maximize student learning and engagement • Modify, where appropriate, instructional methods and strategies to meet diverse student’s needs • Employ appropriate teaching and learning strategies to communicate subject matter to students via a synchronous online format (Microsoft Teams) • Current certifications in subjects taught • Demonstrate a thorough and accurate knowledge of their field or discipline • Connect their subject matter with related fields • Stay current in their subject matter through professional development, through involvement in professional organizations, and attending professional meetings, conferences, or workshops • Ensure Student Database is fully updated and accurate at all times regarding student attendance and grade record information • Maintain compliance with accreditation related to instructional and the quality of education, scheduled class hours requirements and CIAT policies and procedures • Promote collaboration with other staff members and participate in the implementation of new projects, ideas, etc. • Adhere to the CIAT business casual attire.
