• Design, develop, and maintain control systems for manufacturing and automation processes • Perform programming and troubleshooting of PLC’s, HMI’s, VFD’s, Motion Control Systems, Safety Systems, Instrumentation, and Process Controls • Conduct testing, validation, and debugging of control systems • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations • Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations teams • Develop and implement automation and control strategies for manufacturing processes • Perform system integration, including motor controls, sensors, and network communication • Own subsystems or small projects • Perform service call for local clients • Develop functional design specifications, system manuals, FAT/SAT documentation, and submittals • Lead control and automation projects utilizing skills in client technical sales, scope development, project engineering • Provide plant check-out, commissioning, and start-up services at customer sites

• Perform administrative and project-related duties for Project Managers • Coordinate field activities within construction management division • Maintain strong working relationships with team, clients, and vendors • Participate in weekly internal meetings • Ensure customer needs are met efficiently and timely • Accurately generate Notice of Awards submissions and documentation • Work with vendors to order and schedule equipment, parts, and materials • Provide accurate proposals/estimates for repairs, service, or new jobs
