• Work closely with clients to understand their questions, context, and business processes • Engage directly with stakeholders to uncover what they need, how their organization works, and where data can make a real difference • Translate business questions into data analysis deep dives • Structure real-world processes into clear analytical logic that enables reliable insights • Validate data, definitions, and assumptions • Collaborate with developers and delivery teams • Explain insights and data logic to stakeholders • Ensure documentation, consistency, and reusability • Act as a trusted sparring partner for clients
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a data consultant analyst, a big plus is experience in Container Terminal industry or related background such as logistics, supply chain, manufacturing or asset-heavy, operational domains
- Strong technical fluency to validate and improve analytical solutions
- Able to read and write SQL
- Basic Python to explore data, test assumptions, and validate logic
- Solid experience using Power BI or other reporting tools
- Flexibility working in agile environments and with tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, and Confluence
- An eager, entrepreneurial mindset: initiative, curiosity, and willingness to try new things

Role Description The Analyst - Reconciliation & Compliance Reporting (RCA) has a keen eye for detail and a passion for process and numbers. They review every detail of client invoicing, including management fees, vendor costs, and all supporting backups. The RCA is responsible for assembling the M&IW Final Invoice and/or the Compliance Reports required by the M&IW healthcare/medical device clients. • Lead or support tactical incident response engagements for customers who already utilize Huntress MDR.
