• Drive go-to-market strategy for commerce products, features, and capabilities to expand adoption and developer revenue opportunities. • Execute and optimize comprehensive education campaigns for game developers around commerce capabilities, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and target developer audience needs. • Build and nurture strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Developer Relations, Marketing Communications (MarComm), Product, Engineering, Business Development, and Legal, serving as a key liaison between commerce initiatives and marketing execution to ensure seamless collaboration. • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop commerce-focused content, case studies, educational resources, and initiatives that demonstrate the value of Discord's commerce solutions for developers while enhancing player experiences. • Track and report on KPIs for commerce marketing initiatives, including developer adoption rates, transaction volume, gifting behavior, revenue impact, and developer satisfaction, providing data-driven insights to continuously refine commerce communication strategies and demonstrate clear ROI for developer partners. • Stay informed about gaming commerce trends, platform economics, social commerce behaviors, and competitive dynamics to identify emerging opportunities and contribute to building Discord's leadership in social gaming commerce innovation. • Develop compelling narratives for commerce initiatives targeted at diverse audiences, including game developers (indie to AAA), players, press, industry analysts, and platform partners, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels that emphasizes the win-win value proposition of Discord's commerce ecosystem.

• Implement In-App Embedded Messaging: Utilize Iterable’s Embedded Messages SDK across Android and iOS, adding new inline messaging components. Collaborate with Lifecycle Marketing to define interaction patterns and ensure smooth delivery of personalized content. • Enhance Native Landing Page Support: Expand Contentful-based templates for dynamic, personalized experiences. Enable runtime population of personalized assets, including text, imagery, and recommendations while leveraging behavioral and contextual user data. • Improve Push Opt-In Flows: Partner with Lifecycle Marketing and Product Design to implement improved opt-in and re-enablement UX.
