• Drive the company’s end-to-end financial planning processes, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, scenario modeling, and long-range planning. • Build and maintain operating and financial models that support strategic initiatives, go-to-market planning, product investments, and balance sheet management. • Collaborate with accounting on monthly close and reporting. • Lead monthly and quarterly variance analysis, translating financial results into clear narratives for executive leadership and the Board of Directors. • Own, maintain and build NS Analytics Warehouse and partner with other leaders to build necessary dashboards using NSAW. • Partner with GTM Leadership to manage sales pipeline reporting and health of the pipeline. • Support board materials, and investor reporting with high-quality financial analysis and storytelling. • Drive improvements in forecasting accuracy and cross-functional financial discipline.

• Lead and coordinate squads responsible for defining and evolving the product journeys for insurance offerings, the partner marketplace, and AI initiatives applied to Asaas's core platform. • Define product strategy and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage the full product lifecycle: from ideation, research, and prototyping through development, launch, and ongoing management. • Act as a strategic leader who can also engage deeply in technical product discussions—collaborating on UX and usability best practices with design, participating in technical discussions with engineering, and analyzing product metrics with data teams. • Delegate effectively and engage both direct and indirect reports to achieve team objectives while remaining close to the work and deeply knowledgeable about current initiatives. • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a 360-degree view of customer and market needs. • Develop OKRs and KPIs to measure product success, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve expected outcomes. • Manage the Product Managers across the tribe's squads, providing career guidance to support team growth and setting clear expectations and objectives for each direct report's development.
