• Own and execute the monthly close across multiple global entities • Coordination with external tax team • Ensure accurate, timely financial statements in accordance with US GAAP • Manage journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and intercompany transactions • Maintain and improve close processes, documentation, and internal controls • Identify accounting issues and proactively resolve them • Oversee end-to-end AP processes • Ensure proper invoice coding, approvals, and payment execution • Improve AP workflows and implement automation where possible • Act as the owner of the finance ticketing system • Manage and triage ad-hoc finance requests across the organization • Serve as a generalist finance operator, helping drive solutions across accounting, finance ops, and reporting • Ensure requests are resolved quickly, accurately, and with strong communication • Provide support and facilitate the budgeting and forecasting processes • Partner with finance leadership to track budget vs. actuals • Assist in financial analysis to support operational decision making • Continuously improve finance operations in a high-velocity environment • Implement automation, tooling, and workflow improvements • Maintain strong documentation and scalable processes

- Define and maintain the firm’s information security strategy, policies, and controls. - Own security risk management across trading systems, custody/wallet infrastructure, cloud platforms, and third-party vendors. - Lead incident response and investigation for security events, including breaches, fraud, and wallet compromise scenarios. - Oversee core IT operations, including endpoint security, identity and access management, device management, and SaaS administration. - Ensure day-to-day IT systems are stable, secure, and well-supported, either directly or via managed service providers. - Partner closely with IT, Operations and Legal teams to embed security into daily workflows. - Provide clear security reporting and risk assessments to senior leadership.
