Job Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in communications or related field
- Understanding of the policy ecosystem and youth employment debates in India
- Experience managing teams or content production
- Strong writing and editing skills for both long-form and short-form content
- Familiarity with digital media platforms and audience engagement strategies

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $30-35/hr Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location.
