Sales Development Representative
Contruent
• Research and identify target accounts within capital-intensive industries (construction, infrastructure, energy, utilities, etc.) • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn) to generate interest and book meetings • Qualify inbound marketing leads • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in Salesforce • Develop messaging tailored to industry pain points and buyer personas • Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing to align on campaigns and account strategies • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly activity and meeting targets
Job Requirements
- 1–2 years of professional experience (sales, recruiting, customer service, or similar preferred)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable with outbound calling and proactive prospecting
- Coachable and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
