About the Role We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and building a strong sales pipeline for the Account Executive team. If you are energetic, persuasive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities - Identify and prospect potential clients through outbound channels (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) - Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine fit and readiness - Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives - Maintain accurate records of all activities in the CRM - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize outreach strategies - Consistently meet or exceed monthly quotas for meetings and pipeline generation
Job Requirements
- Must be based in the East Coast (USA)
- 3+ years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Ability to handle objections and build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

Your mission: The Associate Sales Executive-Strategic Accounts is an entry-level position within a sales department. Key responsibilities include prospecting for potential customers, supporting the Strategic Account Director, interacting with customers to understand their needs, participating in sales calls, generating and validating leads, managing customer relationship management (CRM) systems, sales training, sales administration, market research and achieving sales targets.
