• Work closely with the Pre‑Sales team and reseller partners to scope, size, and architect Dell‑based solutions • Build complex configurations across Dell storage, compute, and data protection portfolios • Serve as a technical leader and mentor within SD&S • Maintain relevant industry certifications and identify training opportunities for the team • Represent SD&S in partner engagements, vendor initiatives, and industry events • Develop strong customer and vendor relationships, becoming a trusted advisor

As a Solution Consultant in Professional Services. you will be responsible for driving metrics including utilization, revenue, project management, and client satisfaction. Being a resource for escalations, participating in client committees, as well as cross departmental communication will be other key functions in this role. Responsibilities: - Accurate and timely administrative tasks and billing reports for work delivered to clients - Delivery of customer experience at or above client & shareholder expectations - Assist with special projects, operating mechanisms, initiatives for the consulting organization - Build strong relationships with clients while ensuring retention - Develop strong relationships with cross functional partners - Develop processes and procedures that drive efficiency in implementation. • Lead large scale MAWM deployments • Implement MAWM technical configuration controls • Support MAWM production as well as integrate Manhattan with other systems (Host, MHE, 3rd Party systems etc.) • Monitor and optimize system performance • Establish KPIs and OKRs • Lead an initiative from strategy through delivery in complex engineering projects • Guide initiative’s work prioritization in alignment with objectives • Collaborate closely with other technical teams • Communicate clearly on progress, challenges, and opportunities

• Lead and coordinate technical, architectural, and business discussions with customers to define and validate GridOS solution architectures • Translate customer objectives into cloud-ready, modular, and secure architectural designs aligned to the GridOS platform strategy • Analyze and develop architectural requirements at the domain and platform level, working closely with portfolio and product specialists • Whiteboard and communicate high-level solution architectures that reflect the practical realities of enterprise utility software, including secure network zones, multi-site deployments, data-flow directionality, and data-access protocols ranging from modern APIs to legacy mechanisms such as FTP for file-based exchanges • Partner with the centralized pre-sales engagement team to design, maintain, and optimize on-prem and cloud-based demo environments • Apply systems engineering principles to ensure end-to-end integration, quality, and lifecycle management of GridOS deployments • Guide customers through modernization initiatives, integrations with legacy OT/IT systems, and adoption of cloud-native practices
