Marketing Communications Specialist

• Drive engaging campaigns and content that connect with customers worldwide • Manage diverse marketing initiatives from digital advertising and social media to trade shows and product launches • Leverage design expertise to create visually stunning materials that align with our brand • Collaborate with global teams to maintain and optimize website content, SEO/PPC campaigns, and digital assets • Develop and execute ROI-driven digital campaigns in partnership with the Marketing Manager • Create compelling marketing collateral, advertisements, and sales materials using Adobe Creative Cloud tools • Plan, schedule, and analyze social media campaigns to maximize engagement and ROI • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using platforms like Constant Contact • Coordinate trade show logistics, booth design, messaging, and post-event performance analysis • Manage advertising schedules and placements across multiple channels • Oversee multiple concurrent projects with strong attention to deadlines and ROI reporting • Act as the liaison between internal stakeholders and external creative partners
Job Requirements
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in digital marketing; B2B marketing experience strongly preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, SEO/PPC advertising, and general marketing
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign required; Photoshop and Illustrator strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with web content management systems (WordPress or CMS Made Simple), analytics, and online advertising programs
- Strong Microsoft Office skills; Excel and Project experience preferred
- Ability to create high-quality, brand-compliant content for multiple platforms
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for technical and creative materials
- Willingness to travel up to 15% - 25% for customer visits and industry trade shows
