• Participate in the design, solution, code, troubleshoot, resolve, and test software features and components in an Agile/Scrum environment as part of a Full Stack team • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and refine software requirements • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues • Follow coding standards and guardrails • Contribute to design discussions
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of strong Pega engineering experience with versions 8.1 or higher
- 3-5 years of strong front-end/UI engineering experience specifically using Pega - Theme Cosmos
- Hands-on Constellation experience would be an advantage
- 3-5 years of strong back-end engineering experience in Java, specifically in Spring, Spring boot framework would be an advantage
- 3-5 years of strong experience on Pega Integration Backend, Connect Rest, Connect Soap, Service Rest, Service Soap, Pega API, etc.
- Strong debugging skills using tools such as Tracer, Clipboard, and Live UI
- Demonstrable experience building world-class, consumer web application interfaces
- Understanding of Oracle, MySQL database, SQL, and Postgres SQL
- Experience writing unit tests for UI components using Pega Test Management Framework and end-to-end functional testing
- Working experience with browser APIs, and passion for optimizing front end performance
- Experience providing oversight, code-reviews, and guidance to less experienced engineers
- Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of professional experience and/or training required
