Qualifications - Seven plus years of experience in an international environment, preferably in commercial sales or finance. - Exposure to FP&A/commercial finance and P&L ownership. - Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred. - Qualified Accountant beneficial – CPA/ACCA/ICAS/ICAEW/CIMA or equivalent. - Demonstrated proficiency in managing complex analytical initiatives. - Expertise in advanced Excel and PowerPoint presentation. - Understanding of ERP, Data Warehouse, and Business Intelligence systems. - Strong communication skills with senior management. - Supervisory and/or people management experience is advantageous. Physical Demands: This role is primarily sedentary and requires extended periods of sitting, working at a computer, and analyzing data. Work Schedule: This is a full-time position that requires the ability to work a flexible schedule. The standard schedule will be Monday through Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. or 10 a.m.–6 p.m. MT; however, occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties dictate. Supervisor Responsibilities: This position does require supervisory responsibility. This role directly supervises estimators and consultants and is responsible for building and scaling the estimating team.
