Role Description The Director of Programming is responsible for implementing public-facing programs and activations, increasing the quantity, quality, and consistency of programming across all Meow Wolf exhibitions. This position will strategically grow same-store sales through programming that increases reach, repeat visits, per capita spending, and net promoter scores. As the Director of Programming, you will work closely with content curators, operations teams, marketing, product and engineering, data and analysis, and other internal teams to develop and implement themed programming across our current and future exhibitions. As a member of the Central Operations team, you will play a key role in bringing the unique Meow Wolf vibrancy to our exhibitions through co-developed programming and activations allowing our brand to shine.
