Program Manager – Culture Change
Constructive Dialogue Institute
• Maintain Asana projects, task lists, and documentation to ensure visibility and accountability across teams • Coordinate activities for complex projects involving campus stakeholders, keeping efforts organized, on schedule, and aligned with project goals • Manage project communication, including drafting and responding to emails on behalf of CDI staff to ensure timely and professional correspondence • Design and refine processes (e.g., interview workflows, documentation templates) to improve coordination, consistency, and efficiency across projects • Tailor and format presentation slides and partner materials to align with school contexts and project needs • Collaborate with CDI staff to refine and version content while maintaining consistency with organizational voice and style • Prepare and package materials for workshops, proposals, and partner meetings • Maintain organized, up-to-date files and records of all program content and materials • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and schedule partner engagements • Track decision making and action items and follow-up tasks
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in program or project coordination, ideally within education, consulting, or nonprofit settings
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written communication and editing skills, with a good eye for design and visual clarity
- Proficiency with tools such as Google Suite, PowerPoint/Slides, and Asana; comfort learning new platforms quickly
