Role Description Buscamos un Project Manager B2G para colaborar en la ejecución de proyectos educativos de alto impacto con socios corporativos y gubernamentales. Gestionarás cada proyecto de manera autónoma, desde la planificación hasta la entrega asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y presupuestos. - Gestionar el ciclo de vida de proyectos educativos B2G de extremo a extremo en múltiples regiones. - Coordinación de Recursos: Alinear a los equipos internos y colaboradores externos (expertos, instructores, alumnos) para la correcta ejecución de los hitos. - Gestión de Terceros: Supervisar la incorporación y el desempeño de proveedores externos según las necesidades de cada proyecto. - Control de Calidad: Monitorizar la satisfacción de los diversos agentes involucrados (clientes y alumnos) durante el ciclo de vida del proyecto. - Seguimiento de Objetivos: Supervisar especificaciones, cronogramas y presupuestos, asegurando la entrega según los objetivos acordados. - Gestión de Relaciones: Actuar como enlace con los alumnos para asegurar el éxito operativo y facilitar el seguimiento de la formación. - Optimización de Procesos: Desarrollar y perfeccionar metodologías para mejorar la eficiencia en la prestación del servicio. • Provide PM support of key clinical initiatives, including: Clinical trial operations and Global Health Authority inspection readiness planning and execution • Manage contract and negotiations for clinical vendors • Coordinate various cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment within the clinical team and between clinical, QA, and regulatory to ensure compliant and successful execution of project initiatives • Leverage PM tools to track key activities and drive accountability on cross-functional activities, including: Risk management, Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPA) management and resolution, Trial Master File (TMF) Filing and related study documentation • Responsible for project management efforts to support key clinical operations activities • Specifically, oversee IMPALA-2 and IMPACT operational project management • Ensure clinical project priorities, risks, and decisions are communicated to leadership • Proactively identify risks and partner with cross-functional leads to develop mitigation plans

• Project management in Professional Services implementation of PTC Products (CAD/ PLM, IOT/AR) • Define and document project goal / scope / stakeholders aligned with client vision and transformation strategies (roadmaps) • Plan, lead and monitor/report projects that deploy PTC’s technology solutions to drive value for clients by transforming how they create and service their products • Conduct quality, risk and configuration management • Work closely with project team and PTC’s relevant organizations to manage comprehensive solution approach, deliverables, schedule and risk in conjunction with controlling changes • Support and coach new team members with a ramp-up plan
