Role Description The Accounting Analyst is responsible for executing accounting and financial processes related to invoicing, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll support, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in financial records. The role includes monitoring and managing accounts receivable, invoicing domestic and international clients, and handling information within the ERP system (NetSuite) and the U.S. payroll platform ADP. - Issue and record invoices for domestic and international clients - Record credits, discounts, and provisions in accordance with accounting policies - Update and reconcile bank balances on a daily basis - Maintain updated accounts receivable balances and follow up with clients - Prepare weekly cash collection forecasts and AR aging reports - Review and reconcile accounts with the sales team, brokers, and DSD partners - Prepare payroll and manage its processing through the ADP platform - Perform weekly accounting reconciliations in NetSuite - Track and report KPIs related to accounts receivable and invoicing - Manage and archive accounting and legal supporting documents Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or related fields - Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with responsibilities in accounts receivable, invoicing, banking, or reconciliations - Proven experience in accounts receivable management, analysis, and follow-up, preferably with domestic and international clients - Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, and basic analysis) - Intermediate English level (for reporting and communication with international clients) - Experience using ERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and U.S. payroll platforms (preferably ADP) Benefits - Birthday off - Permanent contract - 100% remote work - We provide the equipment - Essential health insurance - Funeral assistance - Connectivity allowance - Access to the Support Team: our internal wellness program - Ricky Joy Academy: internal professional development - Discount package with corporate partnerships (gym, online courses, hotels, etc.) - Opportunities for advancement within the company

Role Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our accounting team. This role will support core accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and contribute to process improvements. The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The Senior Loan Accountant is responsible for contract-level accounting and portfolio oversight, partnering with accounting leadership and internal stakeholders to maintain strong controls and ensure reliable financial data.
