Role Description In this role, you will act as the central coordination point for managing the full lifecycle of business guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding and offboarding experience. You will work closely with managers, stakeholders, and internal partners to coordinate access, equipment, and system updates while maintaining accurate tracking and communication. You will handle a high volume of requests, respond to inquiries, and manage multiple workflows simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and clear visibility across teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment while supporting ad-hoc operational needs. Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact for all business guest-related inquiries - Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including credentials and system access - Manage equipment requests and ensure timely provisioning - Track, monitor, and update requests using internal systems and trackers - Respond to emails and communication requests in a timely and professional manner - Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation for business guest activities - Support stakeholders, managers, and business partners with coordination needs - Perform general administrative tasks such as document preparation, filing, and reporting - Prepare reports, memos, invoices, and other business documents as required - Manage incoming communications and route inquiries appropriately - Handle ad-hoc operational and coordination requests as needed - Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information Qualifications - High school diploma or GED - 0–2 years of administrative, coordination, or business support experience - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment - Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) - Ability to work independently and stay organized - Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality - Basic experience with tracking tools, scheduling, and coordination workflows - Ability to handle multiple requests and follow through on tasks Preferred Qualifications - 2+ years of experience in administrative coordination or program support - Experience supporting leaders or teams in a fast-paced, enterprise environment - Familiarity with tools such as Excel trackers, SharePoint, calendaring tools, and collaboration platforms - Experience with process tracking, documentation, and status reporting - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities - High level of discretion, ownership, and accountability - Experience handling onboarding/offboarding or lifecycle management processes - Ability to adapt to changing workloads and shifting priorities Salary Range At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $15 – $16.83 USD Per Hr. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range.
