Anchorage Digital
• Support Protocols business line and Ventures arm • Shape understanding, adoption, and trust of core protocol innovations and ecosystem investments in the market • Own the end-to-end narrative for protocol products, including core primitives, upgrades, and roadmap milestones • Develop clear, differentiated positioning and value propositions for technical and non-technical audiences • Lead GTM planning for protocol launches, upgrades, and ecosystem initiatives • Define target audiences (developers, institutions, partners) and tailor messaging accordingly • Act as the voice of the market to Product and Engineering • Influence roadmap prioritization with customer, partner, and ecosystem insights • Ensure consistent messaging across docs, website, sales, and external communications
Job Requirements
- Comfort writing short and long-form content for an institutional audience
- Deep knowledge of crypto
- Experience leading marketing campaigns in a cross-functional environment
- Intellectual curiosity - you search for new client and market insights to inform positioning
- Desire to become an expert in technical product features and influence how they’re differentiated
- Although not a requirement, bonus points if:
- You have experience with L1/L2 protocols, staking, settlement, governance, or interoperability
- You were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system. :)

• Own and Drive Sales Enablement: Act as the primary marketing partner for our global sales organization.
