Role Description We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our passionate team at JCRing. As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our cutting-edge smart ring devices. You'll collaborate closely with our software engineering and product development teams to uphold our standards of excellence and deliver exceptional products to our customers. Responsibilities - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scenarios to validate the functionality, performance, and usability of JCRing smart ring devices. - Conduct rigorous regression testing to identify and resolve software defects and inconsistencies, ensuring a seamless user experience. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define quality standards and verify adherence to product requirements and specifications. - Utilize automated testing tools and frameworks to streamline testing processes and enhance efficiency. - Document and communicate test results, defects, and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. - Participate in product design reviews and provide input on quality and usability considerations. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - Proven experience in quality assurance testing of hardware and software products, preferably in the wearable technology industry. - Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices. - Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is a plus. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. - Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a remote work environment.
