𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗠𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 At Prop Firm Match, the IB Specialist plays a key role in driving revenue growth by building and optimizing broker partnerships. You will develop relationships with brokers, position PFM effectively within the broker ecosystem, and create strategies that maximize commissions and long-term partnership value. This role goes beyond relationship management, it requires a strong commercial mindset, understanding of the trading ecosystem, and the ability to identify and unlock revenue opportunities. Success in this role means taking ownership of broker relationships and consistently increasing commission-based revenue through strategic positioning and execution.

- Ensure Prop Firm Match is recognized as a valuable and high-impact partner within the broker space.
- Key outcomes:
- ▸ Define and communicate PFM’s value proposition to brokers
- ▸ Identify positioning opportunities within the broker ecosystem
- ▸ Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and partnerships
- ▸ Stay informed on broker trends, competitors, and market dynamics
- ▸ Recommend improvements to strengthen PFM’s market position
- Success looks like: PFM being seen as a strategic partner by brokers, leading to stronger deals and increased collaboration opportunities.
- 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
- 2–4 years of experience in a relevant role within the broker or trading ecosystem, including experience as an Introducing Broker (IB) or working at a brokerage firm.
- Strong understanding of the prop trading and brokerage space, including how partnerships, commissions, and IB models operate.
- Proven ability to build and manage business relationships, with a commercial mindset focused on revenue generation.
- Experience in negotiating partnerships, structuring deals, or contributing to revenue growth initiatives is a strong plus.
- Ability to identify opportunities, think strategically, and execute independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken), with the ability to represent PFM professionally in external conversations.
- Self-driven, ownership-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote and asynchronous team environment.

- Shortlisted candidates will join a conversation with Lilit Y., our HR Generalist, focused on your background, experience with broker partnership, communication style, and alignment with remote, ownership-driven work, while also giving you a clear overview of the company, role expectations, and the opportunity to share your goals and ask questions.
- 3. Practical task (short and role-relevant)
- You’ll complete a short, role-relevant task based on real Prop Firm Match partnership scenarios, with clear instructions and expectations, giving you insight into the type of work you would do in the role while allowing us to evaluate your approach, quality, and attention to detail, followed by structured feedback on your submission.
- 4. Professional interview with the Head of Growth
- At this stage, you will join a conversation with Joseph P., our Head of Growth. This will be a focused discussion on your approach to building broker relations, developing IB partnerships, and identifying growth opportunities within the brokerage ecosystem, while also giving you visibility into how we think about growth partnerships and monetization at PFM in a collaborative, two-way exchange.
- 5. Leadership interview (optional)
- You’ll have a final conversation with a member of the leadership team to align on ownership, collaboration style, and long-term fit, while also gaining a broader perspective on company direction, expectations, and growth opportunities.
- 6. Offer stage
- If there’s a strong mutual fit, we move into an informal alignment discussion followed by a formal written offer, ensuring full transparency and giving you the space to ask questions and make an informed decision.
