Role Description The Solution Account Manager (SAM II) is a strategic client advisor responsible for driving measurable outcomes and maximizing customer value across Investor Management Services (IMS) and Asset Investment Management (AIM). This role partners closely with clients to support successful adoption, increase solution utilization, and help them achieve meaningful business results. The SAM II develops strong relationships, understands client goals, and connects those goals to the capabilities of RealPage’s investment solutions. - Serve as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of clients using IMS and AIM solutions. - Drive adoption and measurable outcomes by aligning solution capabilities to client business needs. - Partner with clients to advance their use of end-to-end investor management and reporting workflows. - Support clients in improving investment lifecycle processes, including fundraising, investor reporting, and portfolio management. - Review client health and usage trends to identify opportunities for optimization and risk mitigation. - Facilitate regular business reviews focused on value delivery, product usage, and strategic objectives. - Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Implementation, Support, and Sales to remove blockers and ensure a positive client experience. - Partner with Digital team members for mentorship and knowledge sharing to support consistent client experiences. - Provide clear documentation of client goals, action plans, and follow-up items. - Maintain strong product knowledge across IMS and AIM and stay informed about industry trends in commercial real estate investment. Qualifications - Three years experience in investor management, investment reporting, commercial real estate investment, or a related field. Experience in account management or working directly with clients preferred. - Experience with end-to-end investor management and reporting solutions. - Familiarity with commercial real estate portfolio management, fundraising processes, and investment workflows. - Strong communication skills with the ability to engage clients at all levels, including executives. - Ability to analyze client data and trends to identify opportunities for improved outcomes. - Strong problem solving skills and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent organization and time management skills. - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field preferred. Pay Range USD $70,700.00 - USD $120,300.00 /Yr.
