• If you’re ready to build real-world experience while applying what you’ve learned so far related to the various functional areas of Human Resources, this is the opportunity for you! • Accepts and leads designated HR projects to research, propose ideas and solutions, and present final recommendations during the internship. • Provides support across various areas of HR (i.e., Talent Acquisition, Compensation, HR Business Partners, etc) for day-to-day needs and activities. • Examples include: recruitment coordination, job description review and updating, etc. • Engages with internal departments to carry out day to day HR related responsibilities. • Takes a lead role in the coordination of summer internship program activities and serves as a point person for summer interns. • Provides suggestions and develops solutions for improving internal processes. • Learns and becomes proficient on internal software systems. • Gains exposure and has the opportunity to understand the overall concept of the company, including the business model, customer, goals, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Senior year undergraduate with a focus in HR, or Masters of HR/MSHRM student preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication skills, and written communication.
  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
