As the Human Resources Manager, you will play a vital role in our success by leading and managing all aspects of our HR operations. We are looking for a dynamic individual who is passionate about creating a positive and engaging work culture and driving the growth and development of our employees. - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives - Oversee the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience - Create and maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations - Act as a mediator for conflicts and provide guidance on employee relations issues - Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to employees and managers - Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking and annual reviews - Develop and maintain training programs to enhance employee skills and development - Administer employee payroll and maintain accurate employee records - Analyze HR metrics and provide reports to senior management on key HR KPIs - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in its HR practices Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field - Minimum of 5 years experience in HR management role, preferably in a tech industry - Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations - Proven experience in managing employee relations issues effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Proficient in HRIS and MS Office programs - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - SHRM certification is a plus Benefits - Competitive salary package - Benefits - Opportunities for career development and growth within the company
