Role Description We are looking for motivated Multiskilled Engineers to join our team. As a Telecom Engineer at FTTx Resources, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our Clients' telecommunications network. You will be responsible for: - Installing fibre optics cables underground and overhead - Managing related equipment - Delivering seamless connectivity Qualifications - OH & UG cabling experience to PIA network standards - At least one year experience as a cabler in a network build environment - Required accreditations: SA001, SA002, NRSWA - Desirable accreditations: S007/N26, S008/N27, Tetra, S009 - Nice to have: S005, S006, N23 - Fibre-blowing experience - Test rod & roping experience - Subducting experience - Experience in producing A55s - Ability to read As-built drawings - NOPS card required - Positive, can-do attitude - Driving license required Requirements - Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with one hour of a break - Salary £32,000 - £36,000 a year, depending on experience and accreditations - 28 days of holidays + 8 bank holidays - Overtime at weekends may be offered - Some night shifts may be required - Company pension Benefits - Competitive salary commensurate with experience - Retirement savings plans - Training and professional development opportunities - Opportunities for career advancement within a growing telecom company - Supportive and collaborative work environment

Repair and maintain vacuum equipment at customer sites, provide technical support, and deliver training to distributors and customers while ensuring high-quality service and effective communication with clients and internal teams.

• Responsible for supporting customers through on-site activities such as installation, implementation, maintenance, and repair • Installs and optimizes hardware/software/network products at customer sites • Diagnoses and resolves product performance problems • Ensures customer satisfaction by advising on preventive maintenance and configurations • Delivers fully integrated solutions including peripherals, communications, and applications software • Serves as an internal resource on technical issues and manages product escalations • Collaborates with internal Agilent teams to provide solutions

• Install and commission Nordson systems at customer sites • Carry out preventive maintenance and repair Nordson equipment when required • Troubleshoot technical issues and analyse faults within the customer’s production process • Provide user instructions and training on our systems and applications • Work closely with the After Market team, Sales, and Customer Project Engineers to identify opportunities for the sale of systems, spare parts, and maintenance contracts
