• Create, implement and drive pricing architecture, strategies, frameworks, models and metrics • Identify and leverage AI and digital tools to enhance pricing transformation and data quality • Lead development of market based pricing intelligence • Establish and lead cross functional pricing council to ensure alignment and governance • Ensure pricing compliance across regions and product lines • Monitor and report on competitor and market trends • Deliver key metrics and margin performance expectations for business growth • Conduct deep financial analysis on sales opportunities • Translate market insights into actionable pricing recommendations for leadership • Partner with teams to develop and embed pricing strategy, improve processes • Build and present high-quality reporting and insights on cost models and pricing positioning • Lead financial and economic analysis for complex solution pricing • Educate cross functional teams on pricing principles, value based pricing and commercial decision making.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field
  • Expert excel level and financial modelling
  • Minimum 10+ years’ experience in price and /or revenue strategy covering B2B & B2G product and service solutions
  • Proven record of leading transformation programmes in a global environment
  • Experience influencing C suite stakeholders and supporting executive level negotiations
  • Background in value based pricing, competitive pricing, and deal desk leadership.
