Job Requirements
- 1–3 years in a B2B customer-facing role (SaaS preferred)

- Used a CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and support tools (Intercom/Zendesk)
- A professional remote workspace with stable, high-speed internet
- Based in LatAm or Eastern Europe and can align schedule with EST or PST
