Job Requirements

  • 1–3 years in a B2B customer-facing role (SaaS preferred)
  • Successfully managed a portfolio or a quota
  • C1/C2 English proficiency
  • Used a CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce) and support tools (Intercom/Zendesk)
  • A professional remote workspace with stable, high-speed internet
  • Based in LatAm or Eastern Europe and can align schedule with EST or PST
