Role Description The future of outbound sales is agentic. We need you to sell it. Most sales roles are trapped in 2015. You dial. You email. You hope. We are building the exit ramp. At CoPilot AI, we are looking for a Nearshore Account Executive (LATAM or Eastern Europe) who sees the shift happening and wants to be on the winning side. Your job is to guide prospects through the realization of our pivot from a transactional LinkedIn tool to a multi-channel outbound agentic platform. - Run the Full Cycle: Take qualified leads (and hunt your own), run deep discovery, and close. - Sell Value, Not Features: Move prospects from monthly "testing" mindsets to 6 and 12-month strategic partnerships. - Orchestrate the First 90 Days: Work with CS to drive seat expansion and upsells in the first quarter. - Master the Stack: Know the difference between a GPT-wrapper and an autonomous agent. - The "Anchor & Pivot": Use our pricing strategy to drive commitment to annual contracts. - "Master of Deal Architecture": Look for 'Land & Expand' opportunities to architect partnerships designed for 2x or 3x expansion within the first 90 days. Qualifications - Nearshore Native: Based in LATAM or Eastern Europe, able to work EST/PST hours. - SaaS Native DNA: At least 2+ years of closing experience as a B2B SaaS Account Executive. - Consultative Seller: Sell consultatively, tying product to real business outcomes. - Operational Excellence: Bring structure to your pipeline and forecast with accuracy. - AI Optimist: Use AI tools to minimize manual repetitive work. - High Agency: Proactively improve your scripts and processes. Requirements - 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales. - Ability to run full-cycle deals with multiple stakeholders. - Experience in consultative selling and understanding market trends. Benefits - High Base Stability: Competitive fixed USD base salary of 25k-33k (approx. 65% of your OTE). - The "Contract Multiplier": Earn 3x commission on 12-month contracts and 2x commission on 6-month contracts. - 90-Day Expansion Bonus: Compensation for every seat expansion or upsell within a new customer's first 90 days. - Transparent Career Path: Promotion based strictly on Install Base and Quota performance. - Future-Proof Your Resume: Gain expertise in Agentic AI Sales.
• Manage Customer Relationships: Serve as the primary point of contact for your customers, building and maintaining strong relationships. • Drive Retention & Growth: Ensure customers are achieving success with the platform, leading to renewals and identifying opportunities for upsell and expansion. • Onboard & Educate: Guide new customers through onboarding, helping them understand best practices and integrate CoPilot AI into their workflow. • Monitor Customer Health: Analyze customer engagement data to proactively address risks and identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to enhance customer experience and inform product development. • Advocate for Customers: Collect and relay customer feedback to help shape the platform’s future features and functionality.
