Role Description We are looking for a Senior Client Success Manager to lead and develop a portfolio of clients across Europe. Your mission: - Be the first point of contact for all clients and focus on growing partnerships daily. - Monitor the performance of user acquisition campaigns, optimizing towards clients' KPIs and overachieving them. - Find key business development initiatives to grow your portfolio. - Work in a team with an analytical mindset and a problem-solving attitude. Your tasks and responsibilities: - Build and manage strategic partnerships within your portfolio. - Identify growth opportunities and execute them to achieve goals. - Enable decision-making with a data-driven strategy and valuable insights. - Translate complex data analysis into simple language for clear communications. - Offer new product features aligned with customers’ business stage. - Lead client meetings and regular business reviews. - Represent Entravision & Smadex externally and sell our in-house mobile advertising solution. Qualifications - 3+ years of experience managing mobile performance-based user acquisition campaigns on programmatic is a MUST. - Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) to develop strong relationships with clients in English is a MUST. - Timezone Compatibility: Based in a location compatible with our Barcelona HQ (CET +/- 2 hours) for seamless team collaboration. - Analytical, with a deep understanding of cohort analysis and customer acquisition metrics including ROAS, CPM, IPM, CPI, CPA. - Strong understanding of the mobile app industry: actors, media-buying, sellers, suppliers, MMPs. - Proactive, disciplined, and highly organized with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely manner. - Positive attitude, passion for Apps, and a love for problem-solving.
