Payments Operations Lead

KASHIO

• Oversee the execution of operational processes related to payments, disbursements and financial transactions, ensuring traceability and compliance. • Coordinate and prioritize the team’s operational workload, ensuring effective coverage during critical windows and banking cut-off times. • Monitor rejected transactions and manage incidents in coordination with relevant areas to ensure timely resolution. • Actively participate in optimizing operational processes to increase efficiency and scalability. • Coordinate with Product on operational readiness for new launches (go-live), ensuring implementation of required flows and tools. • Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations (SST, SI, PDP, PLAFT, PSHS).

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years in financial operations, payments, or banking/fintech processes.
  • At least 2 years’ experience leading or supervising operational teams.
  • University degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Experience managing operational cut-offs, banking windows and analytics/reporting tools (Power BI, Metabase or others).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (advanced Excel) and ticketing systems.
  • Advanced English (reading and understanding technical documentation).
