• Serve as the dedicated partner to the internal Data Solutions Consultants, ensuring they have clear specifications and context while managing administrative workflows to allow them to focus on technical execution. • Translate technical progress, data challenges, and migration results provided by the Data Solutions team into digestible business narratives for client stakeholders. • Lead regular status calls with clients to convey project health, presenting successful data loads and managing expectations around timelines or data discrepancies. • Facilitate the flow of information between parties, ensuring client requirements are accurately scoped for the technical team and technical constraints are clearly explained to the client. • Prioritize and context-switch effectively to oversee simultaneous projects, maintaining close alignment with the Data Solutions team on resource availability. • Identify and drive opportunities to improve the communication workflow between the Project Management and Data Solutions functions.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in project management, finance, or consulting, with a strong record of managing client relationships and communicating complex project updates.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes and manage "difficult conversations" regarding timelines or scope.
  • Strong understanding of financial products and securities modeling (technical implementation skills not required, but conceptual understanding is key).
  • Creative problem-solver who operates with ownership and accountability in ambiguous environments.
  • Works effectively across teams and functions to deliver measurable impact, specifically in bridging the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and continuously looking for ways to improve efficiency and scale.
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and global stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Python or SQL. While you won’t be building the infrastructure, your ability to query data or understand automated workflows will help you scale your impact and communicate more effectively.

Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day project execution from programming through construction, ensuring all phases are delivered on time and aligned with project goals. - Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, tracking milestones, deliverables, and critical paths to proactively manage progress and avoid delays. - Serve as the central point of coordination between design teams, A&E consultants, general contractors, vendors, and operators to ensure seamless communication and alignment. - Lead regular project meetings, charrettes, and stakeholder updates, keeping all parties informed and accountable throughout the lifecycle. - Track project budgets, commitments, and cost changes, ensuring financial alignment and supporting procurement efforts for equipment and key materials. - Coordinate equipment procurement and vendor timelines, managing long lead items and ensuring timely delivery to meet construction schedules. - Maintain and actively manage issue logs, driving resolution across teams and escalating risks early to prevent project disruption. - Oversee project documentation including drawings, RFIs, submittals, and reports, ensuring accuracy, organization, and accessibility for all stakeholders. - Provide consistent status reporting to leadership, offering clear visibility into progress, risks, and key decisions. - Support construction and field execution, including site coordination, installation oversight, punch walks, and final closeout to ensure alignment with design intent. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in project delivery and technical coordination. - 4–7 years of project management experience in foodservice, hospitality, or commercial construction, with a proven ability to manage complex, fast-paced projects. - Experience working across multiple stakeholders, including designers, operators, vendors, and general contractors, ideally within high-security or government environments. - Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and procurement, with the ability to keep projects on track and within scope. - Familiarity with foodservice equipment coordination and installation, including managing long lead items and vendor alignment. - Proficiency in tools such as Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Excel, and Bluebeam, enabling effective tracking, reporting, and communication.
