Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning experience design, or a related role. - Experience designing both virtual and instructor-led training programs. - Strong experience developing e-learning, multimedia content, and structured curricula. - Experience working in fast-paced, operational environments; healthcare or regulated industry experience strongly preferred. - Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.
