Applicants must have prior work experience working on Momentum Financials or federal acquisitions. We are looking for a candidate with strong analytical skills and a desire to enhance those skills in a challenging, high visibility environment. Responsibilities: - Analyze business needs and translate them into detailed functional requirements for Momentum Financials and Acquisitions enhancements, integrations, and production support activities. - Facilitate meetings, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders to gather, validate, and prioritize requirements. - Document current-state and future-state business processes, including process flows, gap analyses, and recommendations for improvement. - Collaborate with government to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly. - Support system configuration, testing, validation activities, and execution support. - Experience supporting Momentum enhancements and defect tracking and fixes or other Acquisition solutions. - Perform impact analyses for proposed system changes, releases, and patches. - Troubleshoot production issues by analyzing system behavior, reviewing data, and coordinating with technical teams to identify root causes and recommend solutions. - Ensure deliverables comply with project standards, governance processes, and documentation requirements. - Provide status updates, risks, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders. - Contribute to continuous process improvement and help identify opportunities to optimize functionality and reporting. - Lead teams and engage with Stakeholders. Qualifications: Required: - US citizenship with ability to pass a Tier 2 MBI background investigation - 10+ years of experience working with the Momentum Financials front-end and preferably database or experience with federal acquisitions - Knowledge of Federal Acquisition processes - Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills - Ability to work both independently and with a team to solve problems - Handles multiple and shifting priorities while meeting deadlines efficiently and effectively - Flexibility to put in hours needed to meet tight deadlines Desired: - Experience working in a government environment - Prior Agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies experience - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or related field - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity.
