SAP Basis Administrator
ITT Inc.
• Provide support in executing the programs, projects, and day-to-day operational responsibilities in delivery of SAP Basis services • Execute SAP technical operations, migrations, upgrades, and cloud transformations across complex SAP landscapes • Manage enterprise-scale environments and support modernization initiatives • Drive issue resolution coordinating with all parties as needed • Handle end-to-end ticket management across SAP landscapes • Lead Major Incident management and perform detailed Root Cause Analysis
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Business or Computer Science)
- Must be a US citizen
- 3-5 years of experience in SAP Basis
- 1 year of SAP Security experience
- Experience with SAP ECC 6.0 and SAP 4.0B/AS 400
- Hands-on experience with SAP Basis tasks such as designing and implementing landscape and infrastructure
- Knowledge in supporting solutions around SAP ecosystems
- Good knowledge of Linux and Windows operating systems
- Strong knowledge of supporting SAP instances on SQL database and performing SQL database operations
- Experience working in a SOX/ITAR compliant environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines

• Serve as the primary architect and owner of HubSpot configuration, day-to-day administration activities, campaign management and long-term roadmap. • Govern data organization, lifecycle stages, lead scoring framework, custom objects, workflows, sequences and 3rd party integrations. • Create and own a system for issue management, and troubleshoot and resolve any Hubspot-related issues or bugs, ensuring system stability. • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns using Hubspot. • Establish CRM best practices, standards, and operational cadence for the company. • Architect advanced automation across Marketing, Sales, Service, and Operations. • Build robust and highly automated workflows that efficiently route/organize leads, accounts, revenue attribution, and lifecycle motion. • Lead integrations between HubSpot and all key systems including data warehouse, ERP/financial platforms, BI tools, third-party partners, and internal tools. • Ensure data integrity, security, performance, and real-time sync across systems. • Generate and interpret dashboards and reports to track marketing and sales performance, providing insights to stakeholders. • Synthesize CRM intelligence to drive strategic decision-making and cross-functional alignment. • Maintain and optimize Hubspot workflows, ensuring efficient and effective processes. • Lead ongoing audits, data hygiene, and operational resilience to support our CRM ecosystem.
