• Pre-sales discovery: Lead structured sessions with PMOs, IT, security and business owners to map PMLC, governance checkpoints, and the project toolchain (e.g. Microsoft Project, Planner, Jira, Smartsheet, and PPM suites). • Document current state and desired state. • Produce a summary that includes a recommended pilot scope, integration approach, data flows, access and compliance notes, and a risk and effort matrix. • Post-sales operationalization: Build plans covering environments, access, data onboarding, controls, success metrics, and exit criteria. • Work with customer IT to implement, configure and validate connectors and data paths, and create reusable checklists. • Write runbooks for day-to-day operations, incident handling, permissioning, and change management. • Train project managers, PMO analysts, and sponsors with clear materials, recordings, quick references, and office hours. • Track adoption with a lightweight scorecard. • Partner across Coworked: Work directly with the CEO and product to translate customer needs into repeatable capabilities, templates, and integrations. • Capture field feedback that sharpens Harmony’s tone, behaviors, and interaction patterns so every touchpoint feels consistent and human.

Job Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years in a customer facing role delivering solution discovery and deployment for enterprise software or systems integration.
  • Solid technical project management experience.
  • Comfortable with PMLC, RAID, resource and stakeholder comms, and benefits tracking.
  • PMP preferred.
  • Familiar with AI.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise PM/PPM/SPM tools such as Microsoft Project & Planner, Jira, Smartsheet, Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, UMT360, Fluid, et al.
  • Tools like Notion, Miro.
  • Strong communicator who can simplify complex environments and write crisp docs: discovery notes, runbooks, checklists, and training guides.
  • Builder mindset, bias to action, comfortable with ambiguity and dynamic needs.
  • Security and compliance basics.
