• Champion complex escalations — Become the subject matter expert for Marketplace platform issues, orders, billing and migrations, guiding partner-facing teams through advanced scenarios. • Collaborate across Pax8 — Work closely with Product, Engineering and Professional Services to diagnose challenges, improve processes and strengthen internal knowledge. • Own vendor engagements — Act as the escalation contact for key vendors, driving cases to resolution by partnering with Microsoft and other ecosystem leaders. • Build knowledge at scale — Create documentation and share insights that strengthen our support model across Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams. • Support continuous improvement — Surface trends, contribute to post-mortems and help evolve our support and escalation frameworks.

This role is responsible for demonstrating equipment capabilities, developing optimized cutting processes, parameters, and ensuring successful customer adoption of DNE Laser USA solutions. You will work closely with Sales, Field Service, and customers to validate applications, improve production efficiency, and position DNE equipment as a best-in-class solution within the steel fabrication industry. This role blends hands-on technical work, customer interaction, and process optimization—ideal for someone with a strong fabrication background who enjoys solving real-world production challenges. Requirements What Makes You a Good Candidate • 5+ years of experience including drafting and design on industrial projects. • Previous experience must demonstrate an ability to start design of basic foundations and steel framing drawings with minimal support from an engineer.
