Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field; SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a significant plus.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a dedicated Human Resources role, with a strong emphasis on recruiting and benefits.
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency with modern HRIS (e.g., BambooHR, Justworks, Rippling, or Gusto).
  • Remote Pro: Proven ability to manage confidential tasks and build relationships in a mostly virtual environment.
  • The "Soft" Skills: Exceptional empathy, high emotional intelligence, and a "figure-it-out" attitude.
