In This Role In this role, you will drive operational excellence by owning intake processes, business analysis, and reporting for a centralized data and insights platform. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and data/tooling teams, ensuring that reporting is accurate, actionable, and delivered consistently. You will design scalable processes, define metrics, maintain high data quality, and deliver executive-ready insights. This role requires a mix of business analysis, data analytics, reporting, and stakeholder management, along with the ability to translate ambiguous requests into structured solutions and measurable outcomes. Required Qualifications Business Analysis & Requirements Management - Hands-on experience leading requirements discovery across business, process, and data domains - Strong ability to translate ambiguous needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and business rules - Experience in process mapping (current-state and future-state) and documenting workflows - Proven ability to align stakeholders and drive consensus on requirements and priorities - Experience maintaining decision logs, documentation artifacts, and requirement traceability Power BI Reporting & Analytics - Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining Power BI dashboards, reports, and scorecards - Strong understanding of: - Data modeling concepts - Measures (DAX) and calculated fields - Data validation and quality checks - Ability to deliver executive-ready reporting and data storytelling - Experience turning ambiguous business questions into clear KPIs, metrics, and visual insights - Hands-on experience with report publishing, refresh cycles, and stakeholder consumption Microsoft Data Platforms (Dataverse, Fabric, Excel) - Practical experience working with Dataverse tables, including data structure, relationships, and updates - Strong understanding of data quality practices, including validation, standardization, and duplicate handling - Experience working with Excel-based inputs and data management workflows - Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric concepts, including: - Data pipelines and refresh cadence - Warehouse/lakehouse concepts - Semantic models - Ability to coordinate with platform owners to support reporting pipelines, access, and data governance Additional Core Skills - Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - High attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and analysis - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities - Experience supporting leadership-level reporting and decision-making Preferred Qualifications - Experience working in large, matrixed enterprise environments - Exposure to data governance frameworks and KPI taxonomy design - Experience with AI-assisted analytics tools for insight generation - Project management experience (tracking timelines, risks, and dependencies) - Familiarity with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) Salary Range At Blueprint, we strive to offer competitive pay that reflects the value of our team members. Compensation for this role is influenced by a variety of factors, including skills, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographic market. For candidates based in Washington State, the anticipated salary range is $35 – $37.50 USD Per Hr. Please note that we typically do not hire new employees at the top of the posted range. Actual starting pay will be determined based on experience, skills, and internal equity. The final salary and job title may vary depending on the selected candidate’s qualifications and could fall outside the stated range. Role Description The Performance Analyst, Junior monitors and analyzes the performance of enterprise IT systems and services to ensure they meet defined service levels and user experience expectations in a mission-critical federal environment. This role collects, correlates, and interprets metrics and logs from infrastructure, applications, and networks to identify performance bottlenecks and stability issues. The analyst builds dashboards, reports, and alerts that provide actionable insights to operations, engineering, and security teams for proactive optimization and continuous improvement of system reliability and efficiency.
