• Develop technological solutions, ensuring functionality, maintainability, and performance through software development best practices. • Ensure technical solutions are aligned with business/product strategy and Corporate Architecture guidelines. • Understand the impact of the solutions the team develops on end users. • Assist the team in designing solutions with an evolvable architecture. • Continuously investigate new technologies and ways of working, discussing organization-wide adoption through experimentation and collaboration with Corporate Architecture. • Collaborate on the development of the team’s technical skills and continuous improvement efforts that impact other teams. • Monitor the performance of the products/systems for which the team is responsible. • Be alert to opportunities and potential issues, acting quickly and effectively, and developing preventive solutions. • Help mentor and guide more junior developers.

• Prospect potential companies with the aim of creating connections, generating interest, nurturing relationships and producing leads that result in scheduled meetings for our Account Executive team • Create monthly lead lists for outbound prospecting • Conduct initial outreach and qualification of potential customers via calls and emails • Execute the qualification script based on the customer profile and the most suitable solution • Organize customer information in the CRM • Study sales training materials, the product, and especially the pain points and challenges of our prospective customers' market • Guide potential customers through the buying journey • Ensure the generation of qualified leads to develop opportunities • Be responsible for using and updating information in the Sales Engagement system

• Serve as the technical reference at the interface between the Technology, Implementation and Support teams; • Ensure the technical quality of integrations by validating banking file layouts and API integrations; • Monitor and provide technical support for Theke APIs projects, ensuring adherence to defined technical and operational standards; • Ensure a structured knowledge transfer from Implementation to Support, guaranteeing continuity and operational stability; • Act as the technical escalation point for critical and high-complexity issues; • Ensure post-go-live stability by monitoring integrations and ensuring compliance with operational standards; • Actively contribute to the standardization, documentation and continuous improvement of integration and technical validation processes; • Operate under the leadership of the Operations Manager, with technical autonomy within the scope of responsibility.
