AHEAD Information Technology is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support multiple Agile teams in a growing and dynamic environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong delivery experience, a passion for Agile, and a collaborative mindset. Whether you're joining externally or transitioning internally from a Project Manager or QA Manager role, this position offers an opportunity to expand your impact through Agile facilitation and coaching. Duties & Responsibilities: - Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) across multiple teams - Support teams in applying Agile principles and Scrum framework - Coach team members on estimation, definition of done, and sprint planning - Help teams become more self-organized and improve delivery flow - Identify and remove impediments to help teams meet sprint goals - Share team performance metrics and insights with stakeholders - Foster transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement - Partner with product owners to refine and prioritize backlogs aligned with business goals - Encourage healthy team dynamics and cross-team coordination - Other job duties as assigned Education & Experience: - Minimum Required: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field - Preferred: PMI-ACP, CSM, or PSM certification; Salesforce certification a plus Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - 5+ years of professional experience in IT delivery, including time as a Scrum Master or in a similar leadership role - Experience working with Salesforce development teams - Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum practices - Familiarity with Agile tools (Azure DevOps, Jira, Rally) and Microsoft 365 - Excellent facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills - Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution abilities $125,000 - $140,000 a year The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings (“OTE”) for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount. This OTE range may vary based on the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
