Role Specific Details: - Spanish Language Skills preferred - Schedule Requirements: 15 Hrs/week Key Responsibilities: - Create a one-stop shopping experience with exceptional customer service, ask probing inquiries to better understand the customer's needs. - Greeting customers wherever they are in the store, assisting them with product selection, merchandising aisles and endcaps, and positioning merchandise appropriately. - Offering our Protection Plans on all eligible products and offering our credit card on all customer transactions (Incentive pay for selling protection plans and credit cards). - Being a team player by assisting with tasks that improve the way your team serves our consumers. Your top priority as a Sr. Accounts Payable Analyst is to be the primary U.S.-based resource supporting the Company's Finance Shared Services Accounts Payable function. This role focuses on higher‑complexity accounts payable activities including invoice exception resolution, three‑way match discrepancies, service‑based vendor payments, and vendor issue resolution. The position partners closely with an India‑based AP processing team, internal stakeholders, and external vendors to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant payment processing. This role will also provide cross‑functional support to Accounts Receivable activities as needed to support team coverage and business needs. Key Responsibilities: Lead Supply and Identification - Source and build a consistent supply of qualified pro customers for assigned geographic markets. - Proactively identify new customers through multiple sources including trade lists, permits, business registrations, associations, chambers of commerce, suppliers, and community partners, trade shows, etc. - Re-engage dormant or lapsed Trades Pro customers and surface underpenetrated customers with expansion potential. - Conduct research to identify correct points of contact decision‑makers and develop targeted outreach strategies using available tools and data sources. - Maintain clear market visibility and areas of opportunity through ongoing market mapping and coverage analysis. Lead Qualification and Outreach - Execute a high level of cold calling, reactivation and other lead generation strategies to identify, and engage prospective customers through outbound engagement, including phone calls, emails, and social media. - Validate and update lead contact information, confirm trade type, scope of work, location(s), etc. along with identifying early buying signals and interest indicators ensuring leads meet defined criteria. - Ensure lead accuracy and maintain accurate records to prevent duplication, misrouting, or incomplete records. - Coordinate seamless and timely handoff of qualified leads. Audits, Inspections & Workplace Design - Conduct on-site audits, inspections, and assessments of operations, processes, and facilities. - Communicate findings and collaborate with teams to implement corrective actions. - Evaluate workplace design, processes, and equipment for safety considerations prior to implementation or modification. Leadership & Collaboration - Provide oversight to the corporate Safety Committee and the enterprise-wide Safety Captain Program, supporting accountability, consistency, and alignment with company safety initiatives. - Collaborate with Safety Captains and the Director of Enterprise Risk to implement and sustain company-wide safety programs and initiatives, while fostering safety culture and communication across the organization. - Respond to and support emergency safety situations. - Keep leadership informed of key developments, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
