• Develop and execute a sales strategy tailored to large life sciences enterprises, with a focus on digital transformation, compliance, and innovation in R&D and manufacturing • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers within medical device, pharmaceutical, and biotech companies to drive account growth and long-term partnerships • Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure, using a solution-based approach that addresses industry-specific challenges, including regulatory compliance and process optimization • Collaborate with internal teams, including product management and technical sales, to deliver solutions utilizing CAD, PLM, SLM, IoT, AR, and other digital technologies • Stay informed about life sciences regulations, such as FDA, EMA, and ISO standards, to guide clients on compliance and risk management strategies • Identify and pursue growth opportunities by analyzing market trends in the life sciences sector, including advancements in precision medicine, biotechnology, and regulatory changes
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on the life sciences sector
- Proven track record of managing and growing accounts within large, highly regulated organizations, with a history of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Experience in solution-based selling to address digital transformation and regulatory challenges in life sciences
- Familiarity with the life sciences industry, particularly medical device, pharmaceutical, or biotech clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Willingness to travel within the Americas as needed to engage with major life sciences clients
