Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
  • Strong technical expertise in hydropower and power plant construction
  • Experience in large-scale industrial or energy projects
  • Ability to manage contractual and commercial aspects
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Fluency in English and Spanish with willingness to travel
