Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Strong technical expertise in hydropower and power plant construction
- Experience in large-scale industrial or energy projects
- Ability to manage contractual and commercial aspects
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Fluency in English and Spanish with willingness to travel
