Digital Marketing Specialist
Cherry Hill Programs
• Create, execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and similar digital advertising platforms • Monitor budget against performance metrics • Assist with audience targeting and creative testing • Contribute to SEO, AEO and broader digital growth initiatives • Maintain campaign tracking standards, including UTM tagging and attribution accuracy • Support marketing automation efforts • Assist with CRM data management and automation initiatives • Support integrations between marketing platforms and third-party systems • Assist with Google Tag Manager updates and performance monitoring • Participate in testing, quality assurance, and optimization of websites and backend marketing systems • Collaborate with web and UX teams to improve site performance and conversion rates • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics
Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar paid media platforms
- 1–3 years of experience or internship experience in digital marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Proficient in GA4 analytics, marketing metrics, and digital tracking
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
