AdOps Specialist

• Execute all deliverables related to ad operations, including trafficking, troubleshooting, optimization, and reporting of ad campaigns across all platforms including, but not limited to: Meta, Google, Programmatic, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Nextdoor in line with project timelines • Run the ad buying pipeline to ensure that campaigns are ready for launch including pixel placement, ad sourcing/tracking, finalized creative delivery, Q/A processes, vendor payment, and other logistics required to ensure timely and efficient program launches • Confirm campaigns are set up in a way that is aligned with best practices and company approved media plans • Ensure that audiences are properly onboarded in advance of program launches and to access data related to performance of live campaigns • Provide regular reports that track campaign status, identify and troubleshoot delivery issues, and review reporting data for quality assurance • Manage and coordinate campaign functions by ensuring line items are distributed across all platforms effectively as directed by the company. • Audit + implement ad ops tools to address workflow inefficiencies, improve testing, maintain inventories, and automate ad scheduling as directed. • Deliver guidance of industry best practices for cost-efficient CPM/CPC/CPA strategies • Clearly communicate regular program updates to the Paid Media Manager and Director of Marketing
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working within a paid media team, agency, or adtech platform
- Knowledge and experience working in key advertising platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, etc.). Bonus experience: Reddit, Nextdoor
- Experience building ad performance reports.
- Must have proficiency in Excel and Google sheets
- Strong attention to detail and organizational/project management skills; ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
- A detailed and curious understanding of the media landscape, including the desire to stay up to date on changes to policies both in the broader media space and political space
- Strong problem solving skills and interpersonal skills; ability to respond to crises calmly and with poise including navigating potential ad policy violations, business verifications, and ad restriction periods

Role Description Be part of the team at Messer that is responsible for the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of our air separation plant fleet from our central control room located in Bethlehem, PA. The Remote Operator 1 is responsible for the operation of approximately 6 plants while on shift including everything from steady state operation and optimization up to full plant restart events. Work in a collaborative environment, solve real world problems, and help us maintain our supply of Gases for Life to our customers. Principal Responsibilities - Maintain safe, reliable, and efficient plant operation of approximately six air separation plants via computer interface while on shift. - Respond to and troubleshoot process upsets and plant problems. - Alarm management and response. - Perform plant shutdowns and startups. - Power management and emergency response. - Monitor Key Performance Indicators and investigate / escalate any identified deficiencies. - Communicate plant status and performance to the business. - Provide ad-hoc support including alarm response, process manipulation, troubleshooting and investigation for non-ROC plants on a reactionary basis. - Maintain the integrity of the Messer Operations Network through strict adherence to defined network security practices and requirements.
